Erica and Nic Dibden operate a dairy farm in the Tilba Tilba Valley, a location rich in cheese making and dairying history. Their herd is a registered Jersey stud with quality breeding and quality milk being their passionate commitment. It is from this commitment to quality, and Erica and Nic’s desire to genuinely value add, that created South Coast Cheese. South Coast Cheese is a premium cheese business specialising in club cheddar varieties. They have an extensive range of flavours to suit any palate or, for the traditionalist, original cheddar. They have recently relocated their cheese factory from Bodalla to Central Tilba. Erica and Nick recently acquired the historic ABC Cheese Factory in Central Tilba. They will still be transporting the milk from their stud jersey herd but to the newly renovated factory maintaining a wonderful heritage of cheese making that the South Coast has been famous for.
